Nature of Services

Acquisitions Dispatching Services, LLC provides truck dispatch services to independent owner-operators who hold their own active Motor Carrier (MC) authority. We do not hold motor carrier authority ourselves, do not own or operate trucks, and are not a carrier. Our role is limited to sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating freight on behalf of carriers who engage our dispatch services.

Dispatch Fee

Our dispatch fee is a flat percentage of the gross rate on each load booked through us, as agreed upon separately with each carrier. [Confirm current rate and whether it should be stated publicly or handled per-contract.]

Eligibility

To work with us, you must hold a valid, active MC number and comply with all applicable federal and state motor carrier regulations. Submitting an application through this site does not guarantee dispatch services will be provided.
